If you're looking to clean up your mess quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds as well as wires that were tangled.

Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to begin, which includes setting up an account on the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. After that, the robot will begin vacuuming and mopping effortlessly.

It's worth noting that the mapping process can take quite a while and it could take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. Additionally the object detection is difficult to determine; it was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn it over to get free. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those who need an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do it all.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubbers. This means that floors are cleaned and not just cleaned. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach spots even robotic vacuums aren't able to reach.

The model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa and some additional intelligent features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can be used to learn your home's environment and provide an adaptive obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you adjust a variety of settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

It also has an unique mopping method that utilizes a roller continuously misting with water to capture dirt and then deposit it in the water tank.

Its navigation technology was effective and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing, and avoiding steps. It was unable to handle fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating noise level is also high, and it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with docking systems that allow it to refill its clean water, empty the dustbin and wash and dry the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to a regular schedule. Eufy's app allows you to manage all of its functions. It gives you an easy overview and a variety of configuration options.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available on the market. It provides amazing results when it comes to mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with a reasonable accuracy. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, create no-go zones, or customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush of the Freo is also designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which is an issue for many robotic vacuums.

This robot is only a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my home office tidy. It also has the ability to reach into the corners of my small apartment. It uses laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D-map of your home, so it can know what to stay clear of. And, unlike many vacuums with mopping capabilities it detects objects and obstructions that avoids things like dog toys and bowls (but not poop!).

Other fantastic features include a self-emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and set custom settings for every room in your home.

Similar to the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between laminate, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip cleaning rooms that aren't filthy if you're trying to reduce time. It's a great choice if you have a mix of flooring in your home but don't want to spend the money to buy the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is an excellent choice to consider if you're seeking a flexible robot that can handle regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes. It has a range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used for refilling water, as well as customizable settings via the app. It's extremely quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to take care of tangled rug tassels and it's battery drains quicker than other models in our tests.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that offers an impressive suction and easy automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It can even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used in smaller areas. It's quiet and quick and does a great job of getting around tight spots. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpeting.

It's smaller than most of its rivals, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a good amount of suction power, and it can be configured to take a photo of each object it comes across (i.e. chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and are not connected to your account.

It is capable of vaccuming but isn't as effective at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bottom of the bot, and then it drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
